Core & Bobbin Materials
The magnetic core is predominantly manufactured from high-frequency, low-loss MnZn (Manganese Zinc) ferrite materials like N87 and PC40, ensuring minimal power loss under high-frequency working conditions. For the bobbin, phenolic resin or PET is adopted as the base material, which meets the UL 94V-0 flame-retardant grade for enhanced safety.
