  • Q If I need to trace the production information of a certain batch of products, can you provide relevant records?

    A Yes. We have established a full-process product traceability system. Each batch of products is equipped with a unique "production traceability code." Through this code, you can query information such as raw material suppliers, production workshops, test data, and delivery dates. If you need it, you can apply to customer service for a batch traceability report at any time, and the report will be provided within 1 working day, ensuring product quality is traceable and responsibilities are locatable.
  • Q Do you accept small-batch customized orders (e.g., 50-100 units)? What is the delivery cycle?

    A We accept small-batch customized orders, with a minimum order quantity as low as 50 units. The delivery cycle for such orders is usually 1-2 weeks (depending on product complexity). During production, the "lean CELL production unit" is used to quickly switch production lines, ensuring efficient delivery of small-batch orders to meet your R&D prototyping and small-batch trial production needs.
  • Q When customizing transformers for medical equipment, can you meet the safety certification requirements of the medical industry?

    A Yes. Our custom transformers for medical equipment strictly comply with the ISO13485 medical device quality management system. They can obtain medical safety certifications such as UL 60601-1 and EN 60601-1 according to requirements, with a product insulation grade of Class B and leakage current ≤0.1mA. They can meet the core requirements of "high insulation and low interference" for medical equipment such as MRI devices and monitors. Meanwhile, we provide complete certification reports and material traceability documents.
  • Q Do your inductor products for the new energy vehicle field meet the strict environmental standards of the automotive industry?

    A Yes. Our dedicated inductors for new energy vehicles (e.g., HT-Series) have obtained IATF16949 automotive quality management system certification, with a temperature resistance grade of 180℃. They can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations of -40℃~180℃ and have passed a 1000-hour vibration test (in line with ISO 16750 standards), making them suitable for complex on-vehicle working conditions. Currently, they have provided supporting products for the motor controllers and on-board charging systems of many automobile manufacturers.
  • Q Can your high-frequency transformers (e.g., SMD series) meet the high-frequency requirements of 5G base stations?

    A Absolutely. Our SMD series high-frequency transformers are specially designed for high-frequency scenarios, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 500kHz. They also support customized coil winding methods and core materials according to the specific parameters of 5G base station power modules (such as power loss and signal stability requirements), ensuring compatibility with the "high-density and low-interference" operation needs of base stations. Currently, they have been mass-applied in 5G base station projects of major domestic communication equipment manufacturers.
  • Q Can you quickly respond to small-batch trial production orders for global ODM/OEM?

    A Yes. We have set up a flexible production plan for global ODM/OEM cooperation. Small-batch trial production orders (50-500 units) can be quickly launched through the "lean CELL production unit," with the trial production cycle controlled within 1-2 weeks. After the trial production is completed, we can adjust the process parameters (such as optimizing winding accuracy and strengthening the shielding structure) based on customer feedback, and then launch large-scale mass production simultaneously to meet the full-stage needs of global customers from R&D to mass production.
  • Q In global ODM/OEM cooperation, if patents or technical confidentiality are involved, how do you ensure protection?

    A We will sign an exclusive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with cooperative customers, clarifying the scope and duration of confidentiality for technical materials and design plans (minimum 5 years). In the production process, we use independent production lines to handle ODM/OEM orders and are equipped with exclusive storage areas to avoid information overlap. At the same time, we can cooperate with customers to complete joint patent applications or technical authorization procedures to ensure that customers' core technical rights and interests are not harmed.
  • Q Do you support global ODM/OEM cooperation?

    A Yes. We have full-process global ODM/OEM service capabilities. According to the needs of customers in different countries/regions (such as adapting to local voltage standards and meeting regional certification requirements), we provide integrated services from product design (relying on R&D cooperation resources with 211 universities and Nanjing Agricultural University), prototyping, mass production to logistics and distribution. Currently, we have provided ODM/OEM cooperation for customers in more than 20 countries, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We can achieve nearby delivery through our overseas distribution network to shorten the supply chain cycle.
  • Q After sample testing, if parameter adjustments are needed (such as modifying inductance value or optimizing temperature resistance), do I need to reapply?

    A There is no need to go through the entire reapplication process. You only need to inform us of the specific parameters that need adjustment after testing. Our engineers will quickly optimize based on the original plan (e.g., replacing the core material or adjusting the coil wire diameter). The delivery cycle of the adjusted samples can be shortened to 5-7 working days, and we also provide free samples and supporting performance test reports.
  • Q When applying for samples, do I need to provide corporate qualifications or explain the purpose of the samples?

    A You only need to briefly explain the purpose of the samples (e.g., "for smart home controller R&D" or "for new energy vehicle component testing"), and no additional complex corporate qualifications are required. If you are an end-equipment manufacturer or R&D institution, you can also inform us of the product application scenario, and our engineers can recommend more suitable sample models for you to further shorten the testing cycle.
