Full Process of Customization Services​

  • Exclusive Docking Mechanism: Each custom customer is assigned an exclusive service team consisting of "1 sales consultant + 1 R&D engineer". Through online meetings, on-site visits, and other methods, core requirements are clarified:​

    Basic parameters: Product type (e.g., high-frequency transformer, common-mode inductor), power, inductance, temperature resistance range, installation dimensions, interface specifications;​

    Scenario requirements: Adapted equipment (e.g., on-board motor controller, MRI equipment), operating environment (e.g., high temperature, high vibration, strong interference), industry certifications (e.g., UL 60601-1 medical certification, IATF16949 automotive certification);​

    Delivery requirements: Small-batch trial production quantity (minimum order quantity of 50 units), delivery cycle, and subsequent mass production plans.​
    Demand Confirmation Document: After organizing requirements, a Custom Demand Confirmation Form is issued, specifying technical indicators, acceptance criteria, and service milestones to avoid communication deviations.​
  • Led by R&D Team: The scheme design is led by 5 senior engineers with over 20 years of experience in magnetic component design, combined with industry-academia-research resources (Professor Workstation of Nanjing Agricultural University):​

    Material selection: Recommend high-permeability nanocrystalline cores, temperature-resistant copper wires, and other raw materials based on temperature resistance and anti-interference requirements;​
    Structural optimization: For example, adding an "anti-interference shielding layer" to transformers for 5G base stations, and designing compact packaging for on-board inductors to fit narrow spaces;​

    Performance verification: Use equipment in the R&D laboratory (such as high-low temperature test chambers (-40℃~180℃) and vibration testers (1000 hours)) to simulate working conditions and verify the feasibility of the scheme.​
    Scheme Confirmation and Adjustment: A Custom Scheme Document (including design drawings, performance parameters, and cost estimates) is issued within 3-5 working days. Adjustments and optimizations are made based on customer feedback until the scheme is confirmed.​
  • Small-Batch Trial Production: Trial production of customized products is launched quickly, with the trial production cycle shortened to 1-2 weeks. The quantity of trial production is flexibly adjusted according to customer needs (50-500 units);​


    Quality Inspection and Report: Trial products must pass the "triple inspection" (in-process inspection, performance testing, appearance inspection). A Trial Sample Test Report (including data such as inductance value, temperature resistance, and insulation resistance) is provided based on customer requirements;​


    Mass Delivery: After the trial production is approved, production is switched to fully automated production lines (with a monthly output of 7 million units) for mass production. The delivery cycle is controlled within 3-5 weeks based on the order quantity (1,000-100,000 units), and only FOB Shanghai/Nanjing trade terms are supported.​

  • Technical Support: Provide "lifelong technical tracking services". For technical problems encountered by customers during use, a response is provided within 24 hours (remote guidance is prioritized; on-site services are arranged within 48 hours for complex issues);​


    Parameter Iteration: If customers need to adjust product parameters due to equipment upgrades (e.g., modifying inductance, optimizing heat dissipation performance), there is no need to restart the demand docking process. Engineers issue an iteration scheme within 3 working days based on the original scheme, and the adjusted samples are delivered within 5-7 days;​


    Quality Assurance: Customized products are consistent with standard products, and complete material traceability reports and certification documents (e.g., CE, UL) are provided.​
