The PQ2020 high-frequency transformer is designed for high-efficiency switched-mode power supply (SMPS) applications requiring compact size, low power loss, and stable thermal performance.
It is built with MnZn soft ferrite core materials equivalent to PC40, N87, and N95 grade materials (depending on design requirements), supporting optimized operation typically from 20kHz to 500kHz (depending on circuit topology and operating conditions).
The optimized PQ core geometry provides low leakage inductance, reduced AC losses, and improved magnetic coupling, enabling high power density and stable operation under high-frequency switching conditions.
The 6+8 pin configuration supports flexible multi-winding design, including multiple secondary outputs and auxiliary windings, making it suitable for isolated and non-isolated power conversion topologies.
